A FEW POINTS ABOUT ABSENCES AND TARDIES
The first class of the day begins at 8:15 am. Students who are tardy to school after 8:15 must report to their assistant principal’s office for a slip to enter class. They will be marked tardy in Aspen.
For the safety and security of our students, all entrances are locked at 8:15 a.m. Students and visitors should report to the main entrance on Sohier Road to gain entrance to the building after 8:15.
If your child will be absent for the school day, please call the school by 9:00 a.m. (978-921-6132 ext 1) This call will help us prevent possible truancy and keep the school secretary from having to make unnecessary calls to check on missing students.
When you wish to dismiss your child from school, please send a dismissal note or call your child’s assistant principal’s office. The office secretary will give your student a dismissal note to leave the building. Students who leave the building without following dismissal protocol may be subject to discipline.
